Color Art - $40.00
Scruples carries a variety of color lines including Color aArt. It is a deposit only color with many different shades and tones to choose from. This line contains low ammonia producing a soft gentle gloss over the hair with out the damage of permenant color. It will gradually shampoo out over a period of time reducing a harsh growout or fading of vibrancey.
